Business Development Sr Associate
As a CBRE Business Development Sr. Associate, you will assist the sales team with complex research, administrative support, and. generating new business.
This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
What You'll Do:

Delegate sales activities to Jr. team members. This includes lead generation, negotiations, and closings.

Secure new and expanded large business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base.

Establish relationships with key business partners across various organizational levels.

Create proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials for management review.

Drive financial, operational, and other measures and KPIs assigned in the annual review.

Oversee sales activity throughout the process, reviewing accurate, up-to-date information in sales database systems.

Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.

May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.

Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.

Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred .

In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.

Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
