Job Summary: Provid e s dir e ct car e to pati e nts in a g e n e ral m e dical-surgical s e tting. Manag e s a vari e ty of m e dical conditions, assists with post-op e rativ e r e cov e ry, p e rforms ass e ssm e nts, administ e rs m e dications, and e nsur e s pati e nt comfort and w e ll-b e ing.

Ass e ss, plan, impl e m e nt, and e valuat e pati e nt car e .
Monitor vital signs and pati e nt status.
Provid e pr e - and post-op e rativ e car e , wound car e , and pain manag e m e nt.
Administ e r m e dications and tr e atm e nts, obs e rving for r e actions.
Maintain accurat e pati e nt r e cords and col lab orat e with physicians and car e t e ams.
E ducat e pati e nts and famili e s on car e plans, m e dications, and lif e styl e modifications.
Adh e r e to inf e ction control and saf e ty protocols.
R e spond to e m e rg e nci e s and assist in lif e -saving proc e dur e s as n e e d e d.
R e quir e m e nts:
RN lic e ns e in stat e of assignm e nt.
BLS r e quir e d ; ACLS pr e f e rr e d.
E xp e ri e nc e in m e dical-surgical units pr e f e rr e d.
Strong clinical, ass e ssm e nt, and communication skills.

Hospital s e ttings (M e d-Surg units, post-op r e cov e ry, st e p -down).
Rotating shifts, nights, w e e k e nds, holidays.
