Day Shift Hospitalist Physician Assistant Position in Peoria, Illinois
A reputable healthcare system in Peoria, Illinois, is seeking an additional Hospitalist Physician Assistant to join its growing and collaborative inpatient team . This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated provider who is passionate about hospital medicine and values predictable scheduling, strong support, and excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time day shift position: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Minimal second shift and weekend requirements
- No call responsibilities
- Predictable daily workload with a soft patient cap
- Work within a fully integrated health system using Epic EMR for seamless care coordination
- Join a talented, patient-focused team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in a collegial and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- NCCPA Certification
- At least 1 year of inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly compensation: $59.38 – $77.20, based on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including:
