Sales Operations and Enablement Specialist
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking strategic and analytical Sales Operations & Enablement to support our expanding sales organization. This role will serve as a critical partner to the Vice President of Sales, overseeing sales performance analytics, business systems, territory alignment, new product sales planning, and KPI development. This leader will help ensure our sales organization is structured for scalable growth and operational excellence.
As a Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist you will:
Forecasting, Planning & Sales Plans
- Support quarterly and annual forecasting processes for National and Regional Accounts in both Utility and C&I.
- Consolidate input from sales teams to build forecasts.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the sales pipeline from SFDC and provide insights
- Ensure alignment between product targets and account-level sales plans.
Sales Performance and Analytics
- Partner with the VP of Sales, RVPs, and Director of Customer Operations to ensure alignment of KPI performance metrics and reporting.
- Monitor targeting accounts and account portfolio penetration to ensure cross selling effectiveness for national accounts and regional territories.
- Maintain and update sales plans for targeted products throughout the year.
- Provide reporting and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Review territory alignment for the Utility and C&I sales team to ensure loading and growth potential
- Provide insights into win/loss trends, market share, and pricing/margin data.
New Product Sales Planning, New Product Development and Innovation Commercial Support
- Coordinate with Product Management and Regional Sales Leaders to develop sales launch plans.
- Track new product commercialization, including forecast confidence, alpha project progress, and adoption timelines.
- Ensure sales readiness for new product introductions.
- Review and align innovation customer touchpoints, ensuring the VP and RVPs are aware of progress and developments.
CRM & Business Systems Ownership
- Serve as the Salesforce (or CRM) owner for the sales org—driving usability, customization, and value.
- Partner with internal or external Salesforce administrators to improve automate reporting.
- Unify the use of tools used by Sales Organizations that include SharePoint, Mobi (JDE interface), Incorta, and other approved technologies.
- Support the sales team business needs for system requirements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Lead content planning for sales leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and all-staff sales meetings.
- Prepare and coordinate key discussion points based on KPI trends, dashboards, and strategic initiatives.
- Aligning agendas with organizational priorities in partnership with the VP of Sales and sales leadership.
- Support content and messaging for high-visibility events (e.g., national sales meetings, leadership summits, strategic planning sessions).
- Act as liaison between Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Has 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related field.
- Has proven success in supporting a high-growth B2B sales organization.
- Possesses a deep understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), Excel, Microsoft 365 toolbox, and reporting tools.
- Has strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Is an excellent communicator and collaborator who brings order to complexity.
- Has experience working with product launch teams and supporting new product commercialization is a plus.

What we offer you:
Typical pay is $96,555 – 125,563 annually.
Please note the pay information shown above is a general guideline. Pay is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
This position is eligible for participation in our Quarterly Incentive Pay Program
