All experience levels will receive mentorship directly from Dr. Brandy Saubert , our Managing Veterinarian , who has extensive experience in surgery , internal medicine , cardiology , and preventative care . Dr. Saubert fosters a collaborative , hands-on environment to help you grow your clinical skills.

For new and newer graduates , you’ll also have access to the NVA Mentorship Program . This 12-month program complements on-site mentorship, offering:
