Cook
Meson Sabika, a high-volume, award-winning restaurant in Naperville, Illinois is seeking a full-time line cook.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
· Assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
· Prepare restaurant menu using recipes created by the Executive Chefs.
· Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking each dish to order.
· Plating prepared foods based on Executive Chefs’ guidance.
· Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
Required Experience:
· Two years experience as line cook
· Full time availability including nights and weekends
Ideal applicants may:
· Speak Bilingual
· Have experience with Spanish tapas style dining
Pay Rate: From $20per hour based on experience, with potential for growth.
