Customer Support & Relationship Specialist (Woodridge)

Located in Woodridge, IL, Magnuson Group is seeking a Customer Support & Relationship Specialist who is ready to bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do mindset to a high-volume customer service environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
This position plays a vital role in supporting customer relationships and operational excellence across the Customer Service function. You will manage an assigned customer territory, respond to high volumes of inbound communication, prepare quotes and orders, and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, sales performance, and the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume customer inbox and respond to inquiries with timely, professional communication.
- Handle day-to-day customer support for an assigned territory, including quotes, order entry, opportunity updates, and follow-ups.
- Prepare accurate project and freight quotes while maintaining clean, up-to-date data in the ERP system.
- Resolve customer issues—including order, shipping, and service concerns—by collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, sales reps, and internal partners while continuously developing product knowledge and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills, with comfort learning and working within ERP systems
