Join Gallagher Bassett's North America Solutions team as a pivotal leader in shaping the future of our diverse product and operational solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President to drive innovation and growth across our strategic solutions portfolio, including advanced fraud detection, property solutions, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is integral to our evolving leadership team, tasked with identifying and investing in new opportunities to enhance Gallagher Bassett's industry-leading capabilities.
How you'll make an impact- Spearhead innovation within Gallagher Bassett’s strategic solutions (fraud & SIU, property solutions etc.) to enhance client and claimant outcomes, aligning with executive leadership.
- Define and execute strategic direction for the portfolio.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and P&L delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry and technology advancements to maintain Gallagher Bassett’s leading value proposition.
- Explore strategic partnerships and acquisitions to augment capabilities.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a positive and engaging career environment.
- Manage partnerships and third-party relationships, advancing commercial and operational collaborations.
- Measure, communicate, and enhance performance outcomes, client impact, and claimant experience.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with technology, operations, client services, and other functions to deliver superior outcomes.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required.
Preferred:
- Master's degree preferred.
