Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and ensure our plant continues to run safely and efficiently.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our building and machine maintenance operations while managing a small, dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing direct, technical maintenance work with people leadership. Our hiring philosophy is simple: we hire for attitude and train for skills . Key Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Establish, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.

• Machine & Building Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues, as well as handle general building facility maintenance.

• People Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4 maintenance staff members.

• Safety Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain company safety programs to ensure a secure working environment.

• Communication: Actively communicate facility needs, project updates, and maintenance status with both your team and senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a management/supervisory role involving people leadership, along with building or machine maintenance experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, mowers, and various industrial machinery maintenance equipment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.
