Why Work Here?

You will join a highly profitable, growth-focused manufacturer that is investing in its people and its facility. The organization plans to significantly increase sales over the next several years and produces a state-of-the-art product in a modern, continuously improving operation. Team members in labor and production roles have clear opportunities to advance into higher-level operator positions, such as press operators, blenders, and filler operators, with corresponding increases in pay as they grow their skills. The company supports long-term career development through on-the-job training with experienced operators and offers a contract-to-hire path that allows you to demonstrate your abilities and transition into a permanent role.

Work Environment

The role is based in a smaller, organized facility that is actively undergoing continuous improvement to enhance cleanliness, efficiency, and product flow. The production and warehouse areas are designed to allow materials and finished goods to move easily through different departments. You will work around mixers, tankers, blending equipment, conveyors, and filling lines, with batch mixers located in dedicated rooms. The environment involves working with dry chemicals and using vacuums and material handling equipment, including a sit-down forklift, to move raw materials and products. Team members collaborate closely across departments, receive structured training, and are shown how to perform each task safely and correctly. The position is on 1st shift, typically 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a few hours of overtime expected and occasional, non-mandatory Saturday work. The facility emphasizes safety, requiring steel-toe footwear and the use of a respirator where appropriate, and maintains a clean, orderly production floor focused on safe, efficient operations.
