Are you looking to join an innovative engineering consulting firm with a strong gas utility team that supports clients in over 35 different industries? Entrust Solutions Group has embraced growing markets such as renewables, power engineering services, EV infrastructure, data analytics, and geospatial with cutting edge engineering, consulting, and automation services.

As a Design Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our Gas Programs team, collaborating closely with senior engineers and gaining invaluable technical guidance on underground utility design and roadway projects. You'll apply your expertise to ensure designs meet project specifications, and communicate effectively about scope, schedule, and quality challenges. You will also collaborate with designers and drafters to complete comprehensive design packages. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your engineering career and make a real impact!

We are seeking candidates in the Indianapolis, Indiana or Lisle, Illinois area. This role offers remote flexibility, and we are seeking candidates based in the area who can be available for occasional site visits and in-person meetings as needed.

• This position pays between $71,000 - $73,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional project and client visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• DOT, municipal, roadway, transportation, and/or utility experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Bluebeam software is a plus.
