We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with customer communication. This position plays a key role in maintaining organization and ensuring smooth coordination between the office and field teams. Pay and Schedule
- $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
- Communicate with customers in English and Spanish.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support internal communication between office and field staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires the ability to perform the essential job functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may include sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and occasional lifting of office materials. Work Environment
