Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and/or community settings
- Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Follow behavior intervention plans and safety procedures
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication with families and team members
- Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team collaboration sessions as required
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Active RBT certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
