Senior Industrial Automation Integration Lead
Your day at Matrix Design
Morning stand-up on the production floor. You walk the line, align priorities with project management, and review the latest drawings from engineering. By mid-morning, you are guiding technicians through panel wiring on a multi-axis robotic cell, double-checking schematics, and updating the build documentation as changes are approved. After lunch, you lead a system power-up, run basic I/O checks, and troubleshoot a motion fault. You close the day mentoring a junior tech on safe lockout/tagout practices and planning tomorrow’s integration steps so the project stays on schedule.
Why Matrix Design
We believe great results come from great people. Our team is united by a growth mindset, craftsmanship, reliability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and purpose beyond ourselves. If you thrive on complex automation problems and enjoy building reliable systems with a team that has your back, you’ll feel at home here.
