IT Service Delivery Lead

Location: Minneapolis or Chicago, IL (Hybrid Remote) / Chicago preferred

• Sr. Director Level and ideal to come from a Consulting background and companies dealing with Mergers and acquisitions
• 8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.
• Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite, Epico, SAP, Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.
• Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex, global, or acquisition-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P, R2R, O2C) and HR (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning).
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT Service Delivery for Finance and HR applications, including ERP finance modules and HCM platforms.
• Partner with Finance and HR business leaders to align technology capabilities with organizational strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Manage application lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development through delivery, operations, and continuous improvement.
• Support post-acquisition integration efforts, ensuring Finance and HR systems are harmonized across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process flows.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance for Finance and HR platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements.
• Track and report service performance, SLAs, and business value delivered by Finance and HR applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Finance and HR domains.
• Deep expertise with ERP financials (Netsuite, Epico, SAP, Oracle etc.) and HCM platforms.
• Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex, global, or acquisition-driven organizations.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
