Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Representative with a strong background in the mechanical or industrial industry to join our team in Itasca, IL. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in outside sales (3+ years), experience with Salesforce, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting Pulsarlube’s product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business within assigned territories.
• Deliver technical sales presentations, prepare quotations, and provide tailored product solutions.
• Track sales activities and performance using Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely reporting.
• Conduct on-site or Zoom product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer support visits.
• Participate in industry expos and trade shows.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare reports to support any sales-related needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience in the mechanical or industrial industry.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Background or strong knowledge in machinery engineering, lubrication, or bearings is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; full fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Itasca, IL and work-travel as needed.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 per year + commission (capped earning potential)
• 401(k) with automatic 3% company contribution (based on eligibility)
• Bonus pay

• Summer Fridays: early release from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend; schedule varies yearly and the company may not offer it every year
