About the Role

MA Building Services is hiring dependable and hardworking Post-Construction Cleaning employees to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing newly constructed or renovated buildings for final turnover to clients. You will help ensure each project site is clean, safe, and move-in ready.

This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed work and enjoys working in a team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Remove construction debris and dispose of materials properly
• Clean dust, dirt, and residue from surfaces
• Organize tools and maintain a clean work environment
• Prepare areas for final inspection
• Identify and correct minor cleaning defects
• Report larger issues to the Post-Construction Supervisor
• Follow all job site safety procedures
• Wear required PPE at all times
• Report hazards immediately
• Support a culture of safety on every site
• Work alongside post construction cleaning crews and supervisors
• Follow direction from onsite leadership
• Support team members to meet project deadlines
• Assist with daily progress reporting as required

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous construction or cleaning experience a plus (not required — we train!)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in active construction environments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
