Customer Data Administrator

We are currently seeking a results-driven Customer Data Administrator to join our dynamic team working onsite at our branch in Vernon Hills, IL .
Compensation: $26.44/HR
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm CT Monday-Friday
Onsite: Non-Remote/Non-Hybrid - Must work in the office Monday-Friday
Location: 909 Forest Edge Drive - Vernon Hills, IL 60061

Responsibilities :
- Validate, create and maintain accurate Customer Master Data for all customers, including but not limited to: billing/shipping addresses, marketing promotions, freight, and sales assignment.
- Validate and update account data for existing customers
- Effectively communicate with customers through email and phone to accurately verify/update account data
- Adjust and review shipping fees; making adjustments based on marketing/sales requirements
- Replies to vendor credit inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma required, plus one to two years of experience in a B2B customer service environment with a focus on office operations and data entry preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PC and email applications.
- Multitasking
- Outstanding accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- SAP experience helpful.
