EMS Scheduling Manager

The EMS Scheduling Manager develops and implements all aspects of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for field personnel within the organization.

THE EMS SCHEDULING MANAGER WILL:

• Work with the Operations Manager in coordinating staffing needs.

• Coordinate daily schedules and assignments and briefs Supervisors of schedule changes

• Create deployment plans based on anticipated needs

• Other scheduling duties as needed including scheduling the ride-along program for new employees and students.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• EMS background (required)

• One year of medical-related clerical experience (preferred)

• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with individuals using multiple platforms

• Knowledge of computerized scheduling system or ability to participate in training

• Must be able to perform all essential job functions.
