AT&T is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to join a team of elite sales professionals delivering personalized, in-home experiences. As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers, introducing them to AT&T’s latest technology and services. This role offers uncapped commission potential, giving top earners the opportunity to reach $100,000 annually.

Your primary responsibilities include meeting customers at scheduled appointments, conducting hands-on demonstrations, performing Wi-Fi assessments, resolving technical issues, and closing sales. You will work independently while receiving training, coaching, and ongoing learning opportunities to remain tech-savvy and effective in the field.

How you get the job done:

• Participate in paid training to prepare for independent field work, with ongoing mentoring and skill development.
• Connect daily with existing customers through scheduled appointments, engaging warm prospects efficiently.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to navigate sales conversations and close deals effectively.

Key expectations to succeed:

• Minimum 1 year of commission-based sales experience; outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skilled in upselling to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
