Commercial Maintenance Technician (Bloomington)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily work orders generated by tenant requests and Property Managers ranging from minor repairs to routine preventative maintenance. 
• Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and general HVAC maintenance 
• Liaise with tenants regarding work order status, scheduling, and resolution with a high level of professionalism. 
• Assist in identifying preventative maintenance opportunities 
• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and within required timelines 
• Accurately log work hours, materials, and completion notes daily via a company-provided mobile device. 
• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional maintenance experience preferred. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in general building repairs;
• Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license, Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks 
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour.
