Lobby Ambassador - Hilton Chicago
A Lobby Representative is responsible for greeting guests and providing various types of assistance to guests during their stays in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing ?
As a Lobby Ambassador, you would be responsible for greeting guests and providing various types of assistance to guests during their stays in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet and assist guests with directions and information
- Respond to guest questions in a timely, friendly and efficient manner with accurate and appropriate information
- Ensure knowledge of hotel and local information including, but not limited to directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, events, reservations, etc.
Field, respond to and resolve guest concerns, issues and complaints
- Identify and communicate the need to improve the appearance of the hotel lobby
