The Sales Intelligence Analyst holds a crucial role in the North America (NA) Go to Market Team at McCain. This role will develop the data engine and platform interface to power commercial decisions across the organization. The role requires a blend of exceptional execution, commercial business savvy and hands-on, detailed involvement in the day-to-day business.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Data and Sales Analysts to ensure reporting tools and dashboards (eg. Salesforce/Power BI) are optimized and continuously improved to meet multiple stakeholder needs, through Channel, Customer and Business Unit (BU) (ie. Potato & Appetizer) lens.
  • Work with Channel stakeholders to establish relevant reporting and dashboarding of metrics against channel priorities, to drive ability to generate insights and intelligence.
  • Lead collection, cleansing, build out and management of provisions of sales performance data (McCain internal and customer).
  • Build and configure tool and platform solutions for each Channel and Customer grouping using existing and future-ready technologies (eg. Salesforce/ PowerBI)
  • Explore integration of other relevant platforms, in line with North America IS Strategy, to bring a holistic view to performance and business decision making across commercial sphere.
  • Critical business partner to Channel and Sales Teams to provide accessible tools and mechanisms to provide data visibility and interpretation (visual, usable, fit for purpose) that can shape business actions at Channel, BU or Customer level.
  • Collaborate and advocate Commercial requirements with North America and Global IS and Technology teams to ensure integrated solutions at all levels that meet business operational needs.
  • Adhere to commercial controls and processes across sales execution in market, ensuring an integrated and coordinated approach across all commercial processes.

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate required, ideally in a Data or Technology discipline
  • People-focused and embrace a culture of humility, modeling the organization’s core values and Leadership Principles in daily actions and behaviors
  • Minimum 2+ years solid data and technology experience
  • Experience working in commercial or technology division of a global organization
  • Prior work experience in the food industry
  • Performance driven, high sense of urgency and delivery; executing at speed, ‘getting things done’

  • Experience in industry specific data platforms such as Technomics, Circana, and Supply Trac a plus
  • Ability to build stories and interperate data leveraging platforms such as Power BI (use and build) and Salesforce
  • Technical capability – strong acumen with platforms and tools to be leveraged across the commercial execution
  • Resilient - able to absorb and adapt to a changing environment
  • Adaptable in enabling execution of key business objectives
  • A solid understanding of the business and markets with a demonstrated learning agility

Compensation Package : $58,800.00-$78,500.00 USD annually

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
