Real Estate File Quality Control Specialist

Join a well-established, 60-year-old local real estate company as a Real Estate File Quality Control Specialist. This full-time position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance and ensuring the integrity of all real estate transaction files.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and eager to support operational excellence. Real estate experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

· Performing thorough audits of real estate transaction files to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards

· Identifying and flagging missing documents or errors for correction

· Working closely with agents, brokers, and administrative staff to resolve discrepancies

· Assisting with compliance documentation and internal reports

· Cross-training in other administrative or transaction support roles as needed

· Supporting internal controls and helping uphold operational integrity across departments

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Prior experience in real estate or compliance a plus, but not mandatory
