Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Illinois

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is collaborating with an Illinois school district to bring on a skilled and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role. This position is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting students’ communication development in ways that enhance learning, social connection, and overall confidence.

In this role, you’ll join a collaborative special education team and provide comprehensive speech and language services to students with a wide range of needs. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a supportive school environment that values teamwork, consistency, and student growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and oversee IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
  
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to educational planning and progress monitoring.
  
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
  
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to reinforce communication strategies across settings.
  
• Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
  

Requirements

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
