Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support & data driven guidance for optimization of marketing tactics across multiple therapeutics & brands.
• Partner w/Business Technology Services (BTS) & Data Strategy teams to design, build, & implement AbbVie’s digital marketing capabilities.
• Build advanced analytics models from internal data sources to inform marketing teams & optimize marketing tactics.
• Collaborate w/internal & external teams to deliver digital analytics dashboards, integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across marketing tactics & formulate strategic & tactical investment recommendations.
• Serve as a technical program lead for personal promotion optimization opportunities, facilitating conversation between business & technical (engineering, data science).

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Must have 3 years of experience in a data analytics role:

1. performing analytics for measurement & optimization;
2. using SQL and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Anaconda, Visual Studio, R Studio, Python, R, Dataiku, &/or Snowflake, etc.;
3. designing & developing dashboards using Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI.

Experience may be gained concurrently.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $139,428.00 - $202,500.00 per year.
