What’s the job?
Serve as the front-facing Office Coordinator , greeting guests and visitors
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Assist with scheduling and coordination alongside leadership
Maintain a welcoming, organized office environment
Help with ad hoc projects and team initiatives
