What You’ll Do:

• Be the welcoming face of Hearthstone Assisted Living, creating a warm first impression
• Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors with a positive and empathetic attitude
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and support scheduling
• Manage front desk operations and maintain lobby presentation
• Provide helpful support to the community and ensure a smooth experience
• Offer clear communication and coordination across departments

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of clerical experience, or a combination of education and training that provides comparable knowledge
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
