Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.

Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction) or equivalent practical experience.- Proven experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role.- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Solid knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
