Applications Lead
This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients.
Applications Lead helps coordinate daily execution and improves consistency across processes in Chicago. The role is part of Keller Executive Search’s internal organization and across multiple concurrent workstreams with tight deadlines. Day-to-day work includes practical problem solving, clear communication, and measurable progress on defined goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support basic administration of collaboration and productivity tools.
- Document fixes and improve the knowledge base for recurring issues.
- Provide frontline technical support and manage tickets to SLA.
- Coordinate with vendors and security for patching and access reviews.
- Set up laptops, accounts, and access for new starters and role changes.
- Apply practical skills in device provisioning to improve reliability and turnaround times.
Qualifications
- Ability to document steps clearly for repeatable resolution.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and customer-first communication.
- Familiarity with identity and access management and common SaaS tools.
- Experience coaching peers or coordinating small teams to deliver outcomes on time.
- Demonstrated capability in device provisioning.
