Location: Wheeling, IL

Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 plus bonus

Schedule: M - F business hours

The Mission
Own and explode the Walgreens relationship for a portfolio of high-growth brands. Youll be the CEO of your accounts: build the strategy, negotiate the deals, drive the numbers, and deliver outsized growth.

What Youll Actually Do

• Be the single point of ownership between your brands and Walgreens buyers
• Build unbreakable relationships at every level (brand teams + retailer)
• Create and execute joint business plans (distribution, pricing, promo, funding)
• Turn data into insight and insight into dollars (sales, share, ROI)
• Negotiate promotions and trade spend like a pro; maximize every dollar
• Lead QBRs that people actually look forward to

We Want

• 8+ years CPG/retail sales experience (Walgreens or mass retail a big plus)
• Proven track record of growing big accounts and hitting aggressive targets
• Entrepreneurial DNA: you hate bureaucracy, love solving problems, and move at startup speed inside a structured environment
• Master of Excel, PowerPoint, and storytelling with data
• Natural negotiator who wins concessions without burning bridges
• Comfortable with ambiguity and 50% travel when needed

Location & Rhythm
Hybrid: Minimum 3 days/week in Walgreens office (Wheeling, IL) + remote flexibility. Travel up to 50% during peak months.
