Salary: Up to $60k/year Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Springfield, IL | Up to $60,000/year | Full-Time A highly respected Springfield law firm is looking for an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong legal secretary skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support attorneys with accuracy and professionalism. What You'll Do
- Prepare and copy trial exhibits
- Schedule client calls and in-office meetings
- Calendar court dates, deadlines, and trial events
- Draft letters to clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Provide general transcription and administrative support
- Competitive pay up to $60,000/year (DOE)
- Medical benefits, 401(k), and PTO
- Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
- Work with one of Springfield's premier legal teams
- Experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Secretary
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
