Subrogation Support Clerk

SubroIQ is seeking a Subrogation Support Clerk as we continue to grow our team! Job Responsibilities:- Update file liens by adding bills found on electronic history.
- Update file liens by adding bills found on the client's online terminal.
- Verify all bills by performing a check for duplicate bills in the Subrogation System.
- At the direction of the recovery unit supervisor, make telephone calls to verify or secure non-critical file information with attorneys or adjusters.
- Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the recovery unit supervisor.
- Communicate with businesses via the telephone and written correspondence
- Complete activities such as phone calls, internet searches, third-party report reviews, etc., to obtain reliable contact information
- Maintain minimum account work standards as assigned by Management.
- Negotiate claims’ resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
- Establish agreements for lien releases
- Establish monthly payment contracts
- Prepare investigative correspondence
- Acquire background information, when necessary
- $18-20 (DOE) per hour
