My client, a small acute care Hospital in Northern Illinois is seeking an experienced Operating Room Director to join their team. The ideal Operating Room Director will have previous OR leadership experience with additional oversight of PACU, Pre-op, Post-op and sterile processing. The Director will oversee 30 - 40 FTE's and 3 OR's and will report up to the CNO. Enjoy all that Illinois has to offer: abundance of outdoor activities available to take advantage of, including hiking and biking trails, fishing spots, parks, and more. The town also boasts a variety of charming shops and restaurants to explore along its Main Street.
