Position Summary: The Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the company by handling various clerical and organizational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to legal team handling landlord-tenant matters, lease agreements, building code violations, and compliance
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, including notices, contracts, and correspondence
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with capex team lead, area/property managers, attorneys, and government officials
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in legal administration, property management, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

SALARY RANGE: $45,000-$55,000 per year.
