Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience).

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day)

Job Description:

Wired E-Bike is looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Remote Bicycle Mechanic/Technician and Customer Support Representative. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing excellent customer service, and offering basic bicycle technical support. We are an online direct to consumer e-bike company. We have numerous customers needing phone support for assembly, brake adjustments and derailleur issues.

Some days will be remote and some days will be at our warehouse working on bikes. Some days, it will be a little of both.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH BICYCLE REPAIR IS REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries through phone calls, chat, and emails.
• Provide assistance with basic bicycle technical support.
• Address customer questions and concerns with a problem-solving attitude.
• Work remotely, using provided applications to handle calls, chats and emails from your cell phone and/or computer.
• **Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products and policies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with diagnosis and repairs of general bicycle issues.
• Ability to figure things out independently with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
