PrideStaff is currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist for a client in Lockport, IL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**This is a temporary opportunity lasting about 4 weeks, but could be longer.**

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $16-18/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining organized records.
• Address customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.

Skills

• Bilingual Preferred
• Proficiency in phone systems and strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with computerized systems and software applications.
• Excellent typing skills for efficient documentation and correspondence.
• A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional support to clients and visitors.
