Client Coordinator
We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent client service and creating personalized experiences. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with coordinating accommodations, managing reservations, and helping design customized travel or service experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and working with clients to ensure every detail is handled smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with reservations, scheduling, and coordination of services
Provide friendly, professional support throughout the planning process
Manage confirmations, updates, and client documentation
Communicate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records and ensure all details are organized and up to date
Qualifications

Residency in the United States or Mexico preferred
