Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join a dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Job Description

• Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
• Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Skills Required

• Ability to read blueprints and assemble components using hand tools
• Strong attention to detail with basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and record labor data

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

• Schedule: 1st Shift - M-F 7:00am-3:30pm (as business needs OT M-F 5:00am-3:30pm and Sat. 5:00am-11:00am
