RevOps Lead - Northside Chicago

Everpeak is representing a premier, high-growth organization in search of a RevOps Lead who thrives at the intersection of traditional revenue operations and the future of AI. This isn't just a "maintenance" role; you will own the full RevOps stack and serve as the primary architect for the systems that drive our global scale.

We are looking for a strategic executor—someone who is as comfortable whiteboarding a complex customer journey with stakeholders as they are writing the code to automate it.

The Role

As the RevOps Lead, you will eliminate friction across the entire customer lifecycle. You will transform raw data into actionable intelligence, ensuring our leadership team has the clarity needed to make high-stakes decisions with confidence.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Full-Stack Ownership: Manage the complete RevOps ecosystem, including Salesforce administration, pipeline management, and lead attribution.
  • Strategic Insights: Build out robust forecasting models and performance reporting that provide a "source of truth" for the organization.
  • Process Optimization: Audit every stage of the customer journey to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, automated solutions.
  • AI Innovation: Act as the internal "AI Architect." You will collaborate with teams to understand their pain points, then design, build, and refine AI-powered tools and applications that deliver measurable value.

Who You Are

  • The RevOps Expert: You have a proven track record of managing complex CRM environments (Salesforce) and deeply understand the mechanics of B2B sales cycles.
  • The Technical Builder: You aren't afraid to get under the hood. You have the technical proficiency to write production-level code and architect working applications.
  • AI-Forward: You have an obsessive interest in the evolving AI landscape. While hands-on experience is a major bonus, the hunger to learn and apply AI to practical business challenges is a must.
  • The Communicator: You can translate high-level business goals into technical requirements and vice versa, working seamlessly with internal teams and executive leadership.

Requires

  • 4 years in a SalesForce.com B2b RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM operations role, ideally within B2B services, SaaS, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of optimizing complex sales operations
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent hands-on experience managing a Salesforce org)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and a demonstrated ability to apply them to business workflows
  • Ideal: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data enrichment platforms
