Our growth team (product & marketing) is directly responsible for Jerry.ai’s most critical initiative - achieving high double-digit growth - by driving customer acquisition through strategic and innovative approaches.

To achieve this, we're hiring an Associate Director, Growth Marketing - Innovative Channels to identify, launch, and scale new customer acquisition channels. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves building: exploring uncharted channels — from insurance affiliates and direct mail to emerging platforms like AppLovin and Reddit — and turning early signals into scalable growth engines. You'll bring strong marketing fundamentals, sharp analytical instincts, and creative vision to find Jerry's next big growth levers.

Critically, you'll also be at the forefront of a new frontier: pioneering how Jerry uses AI agents to transform the way we operate and scale marketing. This isn't a role that fits neatly into a box — it's an opportunity to shape the expansion roadmap, influence company strategy, and help define what modern growth marketing looks like.

You will work directly with the VP of Growth and the executive team, with significant CEO visibility and real influence over where Jerry grows next.

How you will make impact:

• Own end-to-end channel expansion: research, prioritize, launch, and iterate across a diverse mix of paid and partnership-based channels (e.g., affiliates, direct mail, social platforms, emerging ad networks)

• Shape the innovative channel roadmap — identifying the highest-potential opportunities and making the strategic case for where Jerry should invest next

• Apply strong marketing fundamentals — audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative development, and landing page optimization — across varied and novel channel contexts

• Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations: identify where AI can accelerate testing, automate workflows, and unlock capabilities that weren't previously possible

• Design and execute rigorous experiments: form hypotheses, define success metrics, run tests, interpret results, and scale what works

• Analyze performance across full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality), identify trends, and translate data into clear strategic recommendations that influence resource allocation and company priorities

• Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams to build the infrastructure and assets that make new channels succeed

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with meaningful exposure across multiple channels (paid social, affiliates, direct mail, emerging platforms, or similar)

• Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred, with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders

• Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers — bidding, targeting, creative, and landing page optimization — and the ability to apply them across diverse and unfamiliar contexts

• Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and a knack for storytelling through data

• Genuine creative acumen — you have a point of view on what makes compelling creative and can partner effectively with designers and copywriters to bring ideas to life

• Excited about — and ideally experienced with — applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing work, not just as a productivity hack but as a strategic capability

• Curiosity and resourcefulness: energized by channels and problems you haven't fully solved before, and know how to get up to speed fast

• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with an ownership mentality — you are not satisfied with "good enough"

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
