Occupational Therapist - Short-Term Assignment

Location: Yorkville, IL

Start Date: December 3, 2025

Duration: 12 Weeks

Pay Rate: $50/hour (35 hours per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a short-term assignment providing coverage during an FMLA leave. The OT will be responsible for conducting evaluations, implementing therapy plans, and documenting services in alignment with student needs and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Provide direct occupational therapy services

• Collaborate with educational staff and families

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois

• At least one year of professional experience preferred

• CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB screening and health certificate (as required)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
