Your Responsibilities

• Lead by example, ensuring a friendly and engaging customer experience

• Manage shifts in the absence of the General Manager or Manager

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies

• Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally and efficiently

• Maintain store conditions to exceed company standards

• Assist with inventory management, auditing, and vendor interactions

• Complete daily paperwork accurately and troubleshoot any errors

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries ✔ Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills ✔ Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team ✔ Flexible schedule, including holidays and on-call availability ✔ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various store locations ✔ Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug test (including THC) ✔ Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment
