Customer Applications Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on operator training at customer sites and in-house.
• Provide phone-based technical support to keep customers running smoothly.
• Develop applications processes to optimize machine performance.
• Partner with sales teams for machine demos, trade shows, and technical expertise .
• Innovate by creating cutting technology for new product models .

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and presentation skills .
• Solid technical aptitude and understanding of CNC machinery.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across North America.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
