Administrator – City Of Chicago/Downtown Job Description
- Seasonal, part-time Administrator position available for an Occupational Healthcare Firm in the Chicago-land area
- Independent Contract position – 1099
- Must live in the city of Chicago or Downtown
- Late August – Early November (8-10 weeks); approximately 5-20 hours per week
- Job Description/Skills:
o Drive/Uber to client workplaces in the city of Chicago/Downtown and attend clinics
o Attention to detail by ensuring all clinic paperwork is complete and accurate
o Enjoy meeting new clients, answering questions, gathering the relevant information
o Legible handwriting
o Ability to scan and email paperwork right after a clinic
o Keeping track of commute and clinic time (training provided); submission of timesheet on a weekly basis
o Ability to make change (for cash payments) and process credit card transactions through Square (training provided)
- Pay:
o Administrator gets paid for clinic time as well as commute time (the time you leave home to the time you return home)
o Ability to be paid via Zelle
