About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Architect to join our design team. This is a dynamic role where you will be deeply involved in projects from concept through completion, working on everything from initial client meetings to final construction administration. This is an opportunity to take pride in your designs and contribute to high-impact projects that reflect our firm’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from programming through construction administration.
• Translate client needs and vision into innovative and buildable design solutions.
• Prepare and manage high-quality construction documents and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee projects during construction and perform site visits to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients and key personnel.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years of architectural experience.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university with an Illinois Architectural License.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong visual communication, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with clients is essential.
