Labor Solutions LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Sales team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our company's brand in a positive and professional manner. The ideal candidate is a great communicator and someone who will familiarize themselves with our business and services. This individual will combine superior listening and communication skills to build instant rapport and further our business initiative of securing appointments/meetings for the Sales Representatives. This position is partially remote as it requires you to be in the office at least 2 days a week.

PAY: $17/hr.+ COMMISSION

Hours: flexibility of working part-time (20-30 hours per week) and setting their own schedule all while working in a friendly and relaxed professional environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Familiarize oneself with the company's function, services, and purpose.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives by contacting prospective and existing clients via phone to support business development efforts.
• Process and maintain the information updated in our database making it readily accessible for reference.
• Engage prospects by introducing them to our company services.
• Listen attentively to customer questions and provide knowledgeable and insightful answers to encourage sales.
• Remain assertive/persistent and overcome objections all while maintaining positive relationships with the customer.
• Determine appropriate follow-up depending on the potential value.
• Communicate via email as needed to supplement phone effort.
• Communicate regularly with outside sales partner to ensure efforts are in alignment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail skills.
• Computer skills - MS Office Excel/Word/Outlook
