We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, manage crews, and ensure every job meets our quality and margin standards.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple painting and wallpaper projects. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to manage crews, materials, schedules, and client expectations.

This is a field-based role with a company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial painting and wallpaper projects simultaneously
• Lead and supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and material ordering
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Conduct job site walkthroughs, punch lists, and final inspections
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, designers, and commercial clients
• Track job costs, labor hours, and gross margin targets
• Resolve field issues quickly and professionally
• Enforce safety, quality control, and company SOPs
• Maintain job documentation, photos, and daily progress reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in painting, coatings, or construction
• Experience with interior, exterior, wallpaper, and commercial projects
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong leadership and crew management experience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• Professional appearance and communication (high-end clientele)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable using technology (smartphone, email, scheduling apps, job tracking software)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year
