As a Director of Admissions, you are instrumental to ensuring the resident admission process is smooth and effortless. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Aurora by overseeing the resident admissions process, ensuring all records necessary for admission are obtained, working with residents and their family members to complete admission documentation, and ensuring new resident’s rooms are appropriately prepared for them prior to their arrival. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Requirements:

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

  • As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • One to two years of experience in marketing /admissions in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred;
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred;
  • Strong communication and customer services skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
