Sun Solar is seeking a determined full-time Appointment Setter to sell our professional solar energy services and assist our clients over the phone. This full-time position earns $15.00 per, plus bonuses and incentive opportunities . Hours during the evening and Saturdays may also be available. This position is eligible for great benefits, including paid training, 401k after 6 months, medical, dental, vision, supplemental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid time off (PTO). A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN APPOINTMENT SETTER
In this appointment setting role, you act as a liaison between the customer and company to ensure effective communication and manage expectations. It's possible you are the first point of contact with the company, so you always have a good attitude and give our clients a positive experience. You are busy doing anything from conducting follow-up calls to contacting potential customers and explaining our business. Ensuring that customers are happy gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Previous call center and/or telemarketing experience makes for the ideal candidate.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and not be afraid to bring out your competitive side.
- Looking for growth-minded, goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals
